As we know the AIIMS  is one of the top known prestigious institutions for medical courses and hence there is very tough competition for it so according to that we should score good marks in NEET. As we go through the latest cut-offs then it shows that if you want get seat in AIIMS then being a SC category aspirant one needs to secure at mkre  620 marks in NEET 2021.


Note that the above prediction is made on the basis of latest available cut-offs and the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors such as the number of candidates appearing in an examination, the number of candidates qualifying an examination, difficulty level of the paper, and so on.
