Hello,
Cutoff for government colleges are very high. Since you have not mentioned your state I am considering that you are talking about all India quota and are from general category. To get a seat in all India quota a minimum of 530-540 marks are required. Try your best to score as high as possible to get a good college.

And how much Marks are required for haldwani, dehradun, shringar medical colleges

The cutoffs according to last year were-
Doon medical college,Dehradun: Neet score-552, neet rank-7138
Government medical college, Haldwani: Neet score-549, neet rank- 7801
Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre- Neet score- 546, Neet rank- 8340
These are all India quota cutoffs for the colleges
State quota cutoffs are:
Doon medical college- 20396 rank, 503 marks
Government Medical College, Haldwani- 18270 rank, 509 marks
Veer Chandra Singh Garhwali Government Institute of Medical Sciences and Research Centre- 27684 rank , 485 marks.
These are based one last year's cutoffs but this year will also be more or less the same.
