Hello,

It depends on the institute in which you are interested to seek admission. To be eligible to get admission in a Government Medical College you must have scored minimum cut off marks. This year the minimum cut off score for OBC category to qualify in NEET UG is 108-137 marks. SO if you score in between 108-137 marks you will be eligible to get admission but to get seat in Government Medical College you need to score above the cut off marks. Cut off is different for All India Counselling and State Counselling. Each state has different cut off. A safe score is 580-600 marks or above in NEET UG. SO you should aim to score minimum 580-600 marks. Cut off changes every year depending on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc.
