While cutoff for SC category are not very high, AIIMS displays marks in form of percentile and not figures. Around 97-98 percentile is safe for SC category which is about 130 marks.

See this questions is of the type which purely speaking can't be answered at all because each year the cutoff change and it depends on various aspects of the examination like how many people appear for the examination how tough it was and many more factors so I would like to recommend you to please study hard and try bring maximum marks you can but one thing if your ranks come in top 500 on aiims you can get admission into aiims bhuwneshwar

Hi Pulak, As per your query about the marks needed to get MBBS seat in AIIMS bhubaneswar in SC category, i would like to inform you that marks is not what is displayed by aiims result, it is either the percentile and the last rank for the category... Like in 2016 last rank for Sc candidate was 16,865.. Percentile is 97. 42...if we try to convert this in marks it will be around 100-110... SO to be in safer place you can target around 125-140 marks...
Hopefully it helps

hi pulak, it cannot be said exactly, but i would suggest you to aim high arpund 140 plus to be on a safer side for your category, its ofcourse doable, let me tell you more, All India Institute of Medical sciences will be conducting their exam on MAY 27TH 2018 and online registration starts from february 2018. it is a single gate way for admission across all AIIMS in country. the pattern will be as follows

PHYSICS-60 QUESTIONS

Please do note that there would be negative marks and also make sure that you prepare well for Assertion and reasoning type of questions. hope this helps. good luck

Hey hi,

This cannot be said as it varies from year to year.

It depends on the difficulty of the questions asked.

My suggestion is that you secure marks as high as possible so that you can be sure of getting the seat.

All the best...
