As you know apeamcet is entrance exam for students to do there engineering ,so many students write every year and there is high competition also and getting rank below 10000 also depends on other's if they score more then you ,then your rank also varies so as to be in safe side if you score marks more then 100 then there is good chances for you to get rank below 10k
