Having said this, the cutoffs keep fluctuating from year to year as they depend on various factors like number of candidates appearing and also the paper level difficulty, etc.

You have not mentioned the category you belong to so I am  assuming  you from general category if you belong to any other category then do let me know in comment .

In neet 2019, 534 marks was the lowest marks that was required for general  category for getting a government quota seat in Mysore Medical College, Mysore under karnatka  state quota

But cut off marks  keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination etc.

So , you should try to get at least 550 marks or more  to be on the safer side to get into a government quota seat in Mysore Medical College, Mysore
