Hi
It's quite difficult to make prediction but yes as per previous year trends, you need at least 160 marks to get 99 percentile. You can check the same at
https://engineering.careers360.com/articles/jee-main-marks-vs-percentile
For example,
Predicted Rank and percentile for 160 marks is given below as per our predictor
Your Overall Percentile is: 99.04 - 99.24
Your Predicted Rank is: 6854 - 8504
You can check the same at
JEE Main Rank Predictor - Know your expected IIT JEE Main 2020 Rank by ...
These above rank / percentile are just estimated rank and percentile, the actual rank/ percentile will vary a bit as above prediction is on the basis of JEE main 2020 data but rank /percentile keeps changing every year depending upon various factors like number of students that appeared in the exam, kind of marks obtained by them , toughness level of the examination for different shifts of the exam etc
Now that,
limited time is left for jee mains 2021 , so you should be focusing on your preparation,
practising chapterwise questions
then revising the chapters,
solve at least previous 10 year question papers as concept behind the question often gets repeated in the examination so it will be of great help in your preparation ,
go through mock test papers as it will let you know your preparation level and and weak areas so that you can work on them and perform well in your examination.
Thankyou
