Hope you are doing well ! You should score 90+ percentile to be eligible for jee advanced exam . So you have to prepare for about 95+ percentile to get a good nit or iit for further studies. 90+ will make you eligible but 95+ will give you a good enginnering college for studies..
It means try to get at least 200+ to get best nit and best branch also . However to get any nit and any branch ,150 is also considered a good score .
