Hello dear student,

You need to have an aggregate score in physics chemistry and biology in NEET entrance test which should be more than 580 mark if you belong from general category which is the chances that you get a good Medical College below these marks is less otherwise if you have category certificate so still nearly you need to get 550 marks so that you can be sure you will get admission in Medical College. nobody will look at your individual scores that you have obtained in physics and chemistry or biology. But always the aggregate score is taken into consideration.
