See the exam pattern and total marks of JEE Advanced paper is not fixed, it changes every year. So it's quite difficult to predict exactly how many marks are required for any IIT.
But from the past year records of cutoff marks , it has been observed that for general category student, if she/he scores 35-45% of total marks of JEE Advanced Paper then she/he has decent chances of landing into IITs.
So a score which is (45-35)% (for easy - medium difficulty paper) of total marks of JEE Advanced paper might help.
