Admission in Indian army bsc nursing is based on marks or rank obtained by you in its entrance examination

But yes to be eligible for the entrance exam you need to pass your 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Biology (Botany & Zoology) and English in the first attempt from a Recognized Board with at least 50% aggregate marks .

In your entrance exam general English, Biology, Physics, Chemistry and General Intelligence will be asked.
If you managed to clear the entrance exam then you will have to go through interview and medical examination and then only you will get admission .
