First of all, you asked how many students got allotted with MBBS seats in AIQ(All India Counseling) in the first round. But what was the point of mentioning AP in your question? The state counseling dates for Andhra Pradesh have not been announced yet! You can follow the article below to keep tabs on regular updates regarding the same:-

Now coming to your question, as many as 17,777 aspirants have been allotted a seat in first round of AIQ , of which 15,503 MBBS and 2,274 BDS students have been shortlisted. This is the latest news as of 8th November 2020.
