There is no official data released as to how many students appear for the exam.
Total of 477 seats are reserved.
On approximate basis around 10000 students do appear the exam.

No. Of students depends. Please go to the AIIMS site and download the question paper or visit to the book shop and asked them.

How many seats of bsc nursing in aiims for general caste , i have rank 897 in aiims bsc nursing 2019 i got a seat in aiims clg yes or no

It's actually fluctuate and it depends on question paper. But moreover you have to get more than 500. But please kindly visit neet site.

Exam is of 100 marks and I can not find out any exact information about its syllabus and question papers...

I am really very sorry but it's syllabus is notified by exam conducting authority.please refer to the previous year questions.
And previous questions paper is available please check it properly.
