Now you know the answer but I want to add here that don't ask for the number of attempts made Your preparation so hard that You clear it in the first attempt itself. If you thank that you have six attempts then It will have a negative effect on You think that you have only one attempt, and you will able to focus on the exam.

Originally you have a maximum of three attempts for JEE Main. You can appear twice for entrance test in a year. So, this if used in correlation with the original number of atempts, from 2019 onwards, JEE Main number of attempts in total will be six.
