The most important exams to gain admission into the prestigious IITs is the two-part JEE exam, the JEE Mains and Advanced papers. As, the IITs are the best engineering academic institutions in the country, so, obviously the level of input you would have to put into your JEE preparation should be quite high. 

I would first advice you to highlight the particular IIT or the particular course that you would wish to pursue in an IIT. In this way, we can narrow down things and focus your preparation to get a particular rank in JEE Advanced.
