To get admission in any private medical college over in India minimum 350 marks out of 720 in NEET UG is needed  . Also the cutoff marks varies from time to time but generally to get into any private med college a minimum 350 marks would be needed.

well cutoff score varies with some of the determining factors like number of applicant, questions difficulty level, seat matrix, students category and so on. around 85% seats are reserve for domicile candidates, remaining seats are fills by AIR ranking. however private colleges does not participate for AIR counselling.

students of others state are also eligible to participate for Karnataka medical  counselling.

I have listed some of the college closing score based on past years data as follows:

Vydehi Institute of Medical Science and Research Centre, Bangalore- private seat- 450

Sri Basaveshwara Medical College and Hospital, Chitradurga- private -418

Adichunchanagiri Institute of Medical Sciences, Bellur, Mandya Dist.-private- 385

SDM College of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Dharwad- private -404

so based on past years cutoff trend if you have scored around 450 from general category you have chances for some of the private seats of the medical institute.
