You haven't mentioned your Category. Nevertheless, in 2019, under State Quota, the cut offs for various Categories for Madras Medical College have been as follows:

General Category: 618

OBC:592

SC: 482

ST: 420

Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year. Cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. And so for NEET 2020, you should score more than 50 marks more than those mentioned against your Category here. This is because in 2019, all Medical Colleges in Tamilnadu saw an average of 75 marks increase. And this year, NEET has been postponed by 5 months and even if half of the Candidates utilised this time, the competition is going to be higher and hence higher cut offs. So you need to aim for atleast 50 marks more than those mentioned against your Category here.   And if you are preparing for NEET, you may as well try our NEET Knockout package: https://learn.careers360.com/knockout-neet-may/ . And because you have 37 more days to prepare for NEET, you may as well use this opportunity.

As I can see you have asked for marks that are needed to enter Madras Medical College in NEET exam but you didnot mention to which category you belong to , because the cut off totally depends on category of candidate . Here I have provided you the cut off for all the categories so you can check accordingly-

1) Unreserved (UR) candidates              : 700 -134 is the cut off marks.

2) Unreserved PH (UR-PH) candidates : 133 - 120 is the cut off marks.

3) OBC , SC , ST candidates                   :  133-107 is the cut off marks.

4) OBC , SC , ST (PH Candidates)          : 119 -107 is the cut off marks.

hope this helps.

ALL THE BEST.
