The cut-offs change every year based on the certain factors. You haven't mentioned the category you belong to. General category candidates need 50th percentile to qualify the exam. You need to score 690+ marks out of 720 to increase the chances of getting a MBBS seat via all India Quota level counseling. State cut-offs differ in different states accordingly.
