Hello,
If you belong to general category , cutoff for below 10k will be safe to get assures admission. If you have reservation category then rank below 20k will come in cutoff range for IIIT Delhi.
For year 2019, cutoff for CSE last round of counseling was 8245. So if you want to join top demanding branch then you have to get a rank below 6k-7k.
Considering previous year rank, a score = 80-85% of total score in jee mains should be your target to secure. You have to get 98-99 percentile to get rank below 10k for general Category.
As per current year scenario and facts many factor will effect to the whole process so make sure you prepare well for the whole process considering positive and negative sides.
