In case, you are asking about state colleges cut off then it varies state to state or if it is related to AIQ then the closing rank in previous year in round 1 for ST category was 62604 so according to this much rank the safest score should be approx 350+ so plan and prepare accordingly so that you can get 350+ score and get admission easily.

Just score 300+ marks in neet ug, it will gaurantee a seat in good govt. Medical college under all india quota (of 15%) . Good luck.

The answer to your question would depend on the rank of your fellow mates your appearing for the exam along with you as well as the standard of the question paper which may differ and vary from year to year

As a whole your qualifying marks for the Neet examination as an St candidate would definitely be in excess of 320 out of 720.

Yet it would be good if you want a Government Medical College via the state quota to get a score in excess of 350 to 360 and score in excess of 380 to 400 if you want to get into a Government Medical College via the 15% all India quota.
