In order to get a good government medical college via all india quota, a score above 550 is considered to be satisfactory.
While, if you are competing for a state quota, marks in the range of 490 to 550 will fetch you the best college of your state which you are eligible for.

To get seat in the government colleges for mbbs /bds you need to score marks between 450-550. With the of (450-550) you will be able to get seat in the government colleges under all india quota and state quota.

Hi dear ,
To get admission in any of the government medical college according to NEET your scores should be more than 500 in ObC category. This year cut off for OBC was 96 and 54,653 qualified NEET 2018. So, you need good score to get seat.
