Well, to get admission in the IIT Hyderabad you need to score minimum 270 marks. 

According, the last year (2017)cutoff list of IIT Hyderabad through JEE Mains was:

CSE -268.

ECE -224.

And cutoff list varies from year to year. So, a minimum 270 marks are required.
