First of all for being eligible to take management quota admission in Medical Colleges you will need to score 50 percentile in NEET examination.
Once you will qualify neet you apply for counselling.

Central Counselling consist of 15% seats in all Government colleges throughout India and all Deemed Universities throughout India.
Each state conduct their own counselling for admission in state run government Medical Colleges and Private Medical Colleges in the state,
You will be allotted seat in based on your marks as well as your bank balance because you will have to be ready to spend heavy amount of money.

But beware of frauds who offers for helping you in admission because this is illegal and there are high  chances that they will not return money if they will be unsuccessful in getting you admission done.
