There's no application process for this. After entering in that page you just need to click on login,  as it is mock.  You don't require any credentials.

JEE Advanced 2018 mock test has been released by IIT Kanpur on December 19,2017.

They have also released videos for mock test in English and Hindi. candidates thus can be accustomed to feel of the exam and paper pattern and how to devise correct strategy.
