Hi Shivam,

To become an interior designer, first of all you will be required to pursue a degree in interior designing from a reputed college. There are various interior designing colleges that offer professional training in different interior designing courses.

During the course, you will be learning basic principles of styling apartmentshousesoffices, etc. It will also include using various types of furniture and other equipment to enhance the ambiance and decor of the establishment.

Some of the well-known institutes offering interior design programmes are as follows-

1. National Institute of Design (NID)

2. CEPT University, Gujarat

3. Arch Academy of Design, Jaipur

4. JJ School of Arts

5. College of Architecture

6. Exterior Interiors Pvt Ltd

7. Pearl Academy

8. Vogue Institute of Fashion Technology

9. Sai School of Interior Design

Most of the institutes conduct their own entrance exam. You will have to qualify that first in order to be considered for admission process.
