Gaurav Ahuja Pomodoro Technique - you break your workday into 25-minute chunks separated by five-minute breaks. In these 25 minutes study with utmost concentration and then take 5 min break. These intervals are referred to as pomodoros. After about four pomodoros, you take a longer break of about 15 to 20 minutes.
Also if you are little egoistic select some topics and challenge yourself that by the end of the day no matter what you will complete these topics.

Hello Aspirant

Whenever you are studying make sure that you do quality work and not quantity work.

Keep your phone away

Concentrate of difficult chapters

Question yourself more(Make question from the topic that you have read)

Complete easy chapters and keep revising them

Concentrate more on organic chemistry and Mathematics

Do group studies frequently

Solve mock paper every week..

The best way to concentrate on your studies more is to keep away all the distractions sit in a locked room and do your best

Regards!

hi Gaurav,

Use Pomodoro technique.

Pomodoro technique is dividing your work into time chunks of 25 minutes with a break of 5 mins or more in between .You also cannot effectively do something really intensive for much longer that 25–30 minutes (standard Pomodoro times). Pomodoro help to reduce that loosing focus effect. It takes time, so give it sometime to see results.

I tried pomodoro technique several times initially and failed . I slowly started to see progress . I could make it 25 minutes now with 5 minutes break.

I hope this will help!!

All the best for the future!!
