Hello,

The Marks for Delhi University is calculated as average of English + score of best three subjects that you.

Let us Consider the example of a student who scored the following marks:

English:85

Physics:78

Mathematics:89

Chemistry:75

Computer Science:95

So the percentage for Delhi University UG admission will be calculated as

(English+(Computer+Mathematics+Physics)) we have taken these three subjects and excluded Chemistry as it has the lowest score among all other subjects and only the scores of best three subjects are calculated along with English.

Therefore, the percentage of the above student will be

( 85+78+89+95)/4=86.75

I hope this makes the calculation clear to you.

All the best.
