Well you need to work harder to clear the neet because the course of state and CBSE board are quite different because of that many problems you will face . 

Here are the tips which will help you,

Start reading or learning NCERT all the three subjects (very imp)

Make a time table and follow them.

Atleast 3 hours of the day is compulsory for you to study for neet 

Do as many as MCQ you can do in a day.
