to apply for an ews certificate you have to visit the official website and give the required documents and wait till arrival.

if you already have a ews certificate and want to just view it online, then you can use digilocker app to find it easily. it is official app.

enter you validity details and you will see all of your govt docs there. like aadhar, 10th certificate (if CBSE), 12th certificate, EWS, driving licese.
