well its easy to fill the an online form by following the below mentioned steps:

Click on the link mentioned in the website page of the college/university for which you are willing to apply.

Go to the ‘New Applicant Sign up’ section shown on the website and create the user account by clicking ‘New Registration’.

All fields mentioned in the page are mandatory. Candidates must make sure they fill up all the necessary information.

A valid e-mail ID is a must. Candidates must make sure they create one if they do not have an e-mail ID as all the further correspondences related to the admission procedures will be made via the e-mail address provided by the candidate during the registration process.
The applicants must choose a ‘Security Question’ in case they forget their password.
Further, create a password keeping in mind the criteria for the same. Enter the same password in ‘Confirm Password’ section.
Candidates must also provide a valid mobile number.
Enter the ‘Captcha’ given.
Before clicking the submit button, candidates must make sure that they go through the details given in the form and then click on the ‘Register’ button below.
A small dialogue box will appear with the registration details given by the candidate.
A confirmation will be sent to the mobile number registered by the candidate.
After logging in, candidates can start the online registration process by clicking on the ‘Apply Now’ button.
