Hi ,
Well Delhi University has merit based selection for BA honours English . I have a friend pursuing English honours from SGTB Khalsa.
It depends on the cut off. Generally the cut off of North campus is always above than 90% ,and for South campus it's b/w 8090%. .and out of campus colleges hv their own cut offs
Below is the eligibility criteria for ba honours English:
Candidates must have an aggregate of 40 per cent marks in the qualifying examination
The merit shall be determined on the basis of one language and three best academic/elective subjects

Hello aspirant,
The eligibility criteria for getting admission in Delhi University for BA English hons is you should have an aggregate of 55% to apply for the course and there is no entrance exam for it.
You will get admission according to the percentage.
