How to go if we choose the waiting list for MBBS and what is the process of this?

Based on my experience,students within first waiting list rank(106-206)for boys(26-50)for girls have a good probability of getting a seat,in subsequent counsellings after the first counselling is over..Three waiting lists of 300 students are created for counselling purposes..hope this helps..
