One month is not much time for preparation especially for an exam like JEE which has a huge competition.

Now what you can do is, just revise the topics that you already have stuied and start doing as many previous years papers as possible. This helps you to recollect the formulas, gives you an idea on where you have to improve and will also help you to manage time better. NEVER TAKE YOUR HEALTH FOR GRANTED . Get proper sleep, eat healthy food and keep your self hydrated. Ensure that you do not stress your self too much and give enough time to relax and take breaks. Always remember that if you are stressed out then take a break as it would not bring out any good results when you put yourself in more stress.

Finally, on the day of the exam relax and don’t get tensed. Keep your mind clear and give the exam.  You will surely be able to do well.
