Hi Manas, do not get disappointed. You have a year period to prepare and trust me if done correctly its a good amount of time.
Your focus should be on clarity of concepts in Physics,Chemistry and Mathematics. If you already have even a basic idea of the concepts involved, you can clear the JEE with a decent rank through intensive practice , required for strengthening your concepts. The more you practice, the better your performance is bound to be.
Apart from all basic guidelines like making a routine,  setting up targets for you, aiming at important topics keep the below point in mind:
With the good standard material you can achieve what you aim at.

Good Luck.

I understand. That is the reason I am saying do not stress out things.
With your school, take out 3 -4 hours daily/not less than 2 hours and take one topic daily. And target yourself, lets say, you decide in a week you have to complete 3 chapters, and so you divide the topics under it accordingly, say you not only go through NCERT but can even give a mock on that topic in the weekend.

Also you do not need to over do things. Your 12th is your priority.
You can start with basic preparation and make it strong till the time you catch up confidence to handle the pressure of both.

Also you it is possible take up a professional coaching after your school. And let them prepare a schedule for you? If you are fine with it.
