The best books to prepare for JEE mains is Arihant if you are not considering any coaching material like FIITJEE and other.
The content whole series for physics chemistry and maths among which DC Pandey is the one for physics. If you thoroughly follow the whole book set then you will surely get cleared JEE mains as well as advanced with a very decent.
I also recommend to complete Chemistry NCERT for your basic and then solve the Arihant books.
I also advise you to first understand all the formulas of mathematics so that you can answer most of the questions correctly.
Also it is my device that if much time is left after you complete your Arihant DC Pandey then Jump for IE Idorov. You can also consider HC Verma as a very good choice if you want to practice some of the concept building problems.
Do ask if you want whole strategy for one year.

i have to appear for it in april after my boards so acc to you i am only left with the time to solve arihant so will only solving that help me
