Hello,
Anything is possible if you are willing to put every effort possible from your side. You still have plenty of time left if you start preparation from now on for JEE mains. Keep in mind that if you don't have a very good base and you haven't studied well in class 11-12 then getting 99 percentile will be difficult. However you can give your best in the meantime. Start with the basics, cover all the NCERTs as soon as possible, then move on to standard books and start solving questions. Give more time to your weak areas and practice more and more questions. Solve previous year question papers to get understanding of type of questions that come, develop your own understanding and approach of solving the question paper. Don't dwell to much time in topics that carry less weightage. Stay positive all the time and don't stress much about what might happen in the exam. Just give your best every day by putting 10-12 hours in preparation and you will surely get goor percentile.
I hope this helps.
