If you are eligible then you can apply to the campus of your choice with the application form filled up along with the supporting documents.The form can be procured from any of the Campuses by paying Rs.750 or you can send a DD of Rs.750/- drawn in favour of NSHM Academy, payable at Kolkata or Durgapur . In this case the Application form along with the prospectus will be couriered to you. You can also apply on-line by downloading the application form and can send them the filled in application form along with a Demand Draft of Rs. 750 drawn in favour of NSHM Academy, payable at Kolkata or Durgapur .The selection is based on your performance in the Personal Interview conducted by NSHM.
