Dear Dhana, As NTA hasn't released any official notification regarding this, everything at this point in time is considered speculative. No answer can be definite and considered final. But there are few theories based on how NTA conducts JEE Mains and JEE Advanced, This is my assumption. NTA, AIIMS and JIPMER have different aggregate requisitions. One of the admisison processes might be:

• Though Candidates have to follow NEET aggregate criteria, to be shortlisted for AIIMS and JIPMER merit list, Candidates have to score the AIIMS and JIPMER set aggregates. Only such candidates can apply based on their NEET score and AIIMS and JIPMER will release merit list based on these factors. This will happen through All India Counselling like Central/Deemed/AFMC admissions.

Hello student as this is the first year even experts have lots of confusion how will NTA Filter the students for AIIMS and JIPMER with all medical college in India. But as per source it'll on the basis of marks and cutoffs as seats are very limited and admission is directly based on merit rank students need to score more for good college like aiims and jipmer.
