As you have filled your details in your JEE advance application form,you can make correction in it now. You have to fill it very patiently.Now the mistake done by you can't be changed.If there would be any information regarding correction in JEE advance form it will be uploaded on the site of JEE advance.Otherwise you can make correction in submitted form.
