I am 19 now and had taken drop for jee will graduate from iit(hope so) at the age of 23 is it normal

Surely it is normal. A 1 year gap for your future is completely normal. Also, it does not matter whether you are a dropper or a fresher at the time of placements. So can freely go for a drop if you think you will be able to study that much. Just stick with a strategy and you will be able to qualify the exam with good marks.
