I am 2nd time dropper in Jee mains. So i am not eligible for jee advanced. I want to ask that, do i have to wait for josaa counselling or is there any other procedure like gap year etc.

Yes you are not eligible for JEE Advanced but through JEE Mains you can get a good college. And there is no any other procedure for gap year, It is normal.

If you have passed class 12th in 2020, then you could give Jee Advanced in 2020, 2021 only.
Similarly if you have passed class 12th in 2021, then you could give Jee Advanced in 2021, 2022 only!
