I am 44 years old women.I passed BA economics at the year of 1998,99 . but my percentage of mark is 44.4 or .6 something like that. now I would like to study LLB. can I study LLB? .please, give suggestions.

Hello Ma'am!

Bachelor of Legislative Law (LLB) is a three-year undergraduate program that focuses on the study of legislative law, covering the four categories of laws in six semesters.

To pursue lawyer as a career, You must take the Common Law Admission Test (CLAT) to get admitted to the LLB program at one of eleven National Law Universities, or other specified exams such as: LSAT India, MHCET Law etc.

I am listing down the eligibility criteria:

  1. You must have passed the Higher Secondary School/Intermediate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent with at least 50 percent overall and 45 percent for SC/ST/OBC/PH.
  2. Backlogs are not permitted.
  3. Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 45 percent
