You can opt for Medical Physics. But the minimum eligibility will be a master's degree in Physics (M.Sc Physics or M.Sc Medical physics). You should have exposure to Diagonostic medical physics. AIIMS conducts enrance exams for this course(Ph.D in medical physics), twice (in the month of January and July) every year.
