Three months are not sufficient enough to score rank less than 5000 in JEE mains January. But other than this for a dropper there is no other option than to study hard.
Prepare a schedule of these three months topic vise also solve one practice paper daily.

As you have very less time left for January exam so you have to work really hard on the three subjects. Nothing is impossible theoretical but in practical life scoring a rank less than 5000 is tough in 3 months so if not done in January do get disheartened try for April exam and I am sure you will achieve your goal if you'll fight with honesty.
