To Study B.Com Hons in DU, you should have scored a minimum of 60% in English or Hindi combined with any 3 subjects between Mathematics,Accountancy, Economics, Business Studies and Commerce. So going by this, even if you did not study Mathematics, if you studied Economics you are eligible for B.Com (//B.Com) Hons in DU. For Additional eligibility criteria, you should have 50% or more marks in Mathematics or Business Mathematics. This is only applicable if you have Mathematics as a subject in your 12th. So you are eligible to study B.Com (//B.Com) Hons in DU.
