Hello Sarah,
If you have qualified the NEET examination 2019 then, to get a PH certificate you have to get yourself examined immediatly at any of the four undermentioned Disability Assessment Boards:-
- Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safadarjund Hsopital, Ansari Nagar ( Ring road) New Delhi- 110029
- All India Institue Of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, Hazi Ali Park, K. Khadya Park, Mahalaxmi, Mumbai- 400034
- Institute of Post Graduat Medical Education and Research, 244 Acharya J. C. Bose Marg, Kolkata- 700020
- Madras Medical college, Park Town, Chennai- 600003
On the basis of the disability certificate issued by these boards, on prescribed format available with these institutions, candidates are then eligible for admission under 15 % AIQ seats in PH category, with the fulfillment of other eligibility conditions.
