I am an ex KVian.In my study certificate it is written that I am a malayalee.Can I write Karnataka medical exam?My mom studied in Karnataka.

hey,

YES , you can for sure , only your locality is changed but other than that you can the exam for Karnataka Medical College. 

but For KCET you have check these properly,have a look ,may be this can help you !

-If you are the citizen of India , and if you have studied for  complete 10 academic years in Kannada language right from your 1-10 standards outside Karnataka need not appear for Kannada Language test conducted by KEA.

-Else, if your mother tongue is kannada ,tulu or kodava or parent's mother tongue is the same or eother of the parent was domiciled in the state of Karnataka,then you will have to undergo kannada Language Test by KEA.
