As per your percentile your rank would be near about 50,000. On the basis of this rank it is quite difficult to get CSE branch even with your reservation category in any of the NITs and I am saying this as per the previous years' cut-offs .
Note that cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
I would prefer you to prepare yourself for second attempt of JEE-Main which is scheduled from September 1st-6th and If you want CSE branch in any of the NIT then you have to score at least 98 percentile or more in the second attempt.
