I am an OBC student from Andhra Pradesh. I got 98.4969256 percentile in JEE Mains January 2020. Can I get CSE branch in any top 10 NITs?

Yes there are High chances that you can get admission into top 10 nits. But it is not that sure that wheter you will get computer science or not. As it is one of the most demanding branch of engineering. And by the idea of percentile it clearly that that around their are 1000~3000 students that have achieved same percentile as yours.
