The cost of MBBS education in India is highly variable as marines to a semester fee of 4500 rupees amount into something less than 50000 for the entire medical education for a government college to somewhere around 1 crore for private management quota seats in a private medical college and there are additional cost of student Union, hostel residency, mess charges and library as well as technical community usable charges across different medical colleges so it is very difficult to give you a correct idea about all medical colleges in general but if you want to know about a particular medical college you can always visit the website to know more about their policies

The cost of MBBS varies hugely in India. For Governemnt colleges, the entire tuition fee will be somewhere in thousands whereas the private medical colleges may charge you from some lakhs to crores.

The medical education is highly subsidised in government sector and hence a very little fees needs to be paid. However, there may be service bonds attached to such colleges based on the state policy.

The Private colleges generally do not have such conditions but the charges are very high. There are good private institutions like KMC Manipal that offers better than govt. facilities and also medical colleges which are on the verge of getting closed. So choose wisely.

Hi Sarita , if you don't have any residency proof or any valid document you will be considered. The fee charged for NRI quota at private colleges is between Rs 25 lakh and Rs 50 lakh under NRI quota. And you will have to clear the NEET exam even for the same. Good luck
